Bimota’s only UK dealer open for business
S1000RR-powered BB3 on sale now for £31,750
THE only UK dealer for exotic Italian marque Bimota has opened in Scotland.
Moto Meccanica has taken delivery of a BMW S1000RR-powered Bimota BBR3 superbike plus a limited 40th anniversary edition of the hub-centre-steered Tesi.
The Aberdeen firm opened as a workshop on March 3 and became the UK’s only Bimota dealer as of August 11.
The dealership is sourcing the bikes direct from the Bimota factory in Rimini.
Workshop mamager Faye Mackay said: ‘We can order as many as we want. As soon as we sell one, we can replace it.’
The BBR costs £31,750 and the anniversary edition Tesi £25,500. The firm is also offering the standard Biposto Tesi at £23,750.
