AN ULTRA-EXCLUSIVE Ducati Supemono has astounded bidders at a recent online auction by selling on eBay Australia for $110,000 AUD (£64,250).
Fetching almost twice the price of a secondhand Ducati Desmosedici, the 572cc single cylinder machine weighs an anorexic 122kg, while thumping out a claimed 81bhp.
Opinions differ as to exactly how many Supermonos were made, but we've been reliably informed 65 were built over the bike's two-year production span (1993-95).
