Ex-Barry Sheene RGB500 selling on eBay again
Classic two-stroke race bike up for grabs again with £30k slashed off the price
FANCY owning a piece of racing history? Now’s your chance because a Heron Suzuki RGB500 as raced by Barry Sheene in GPs has been reslisted on eBay for £120,000.
The 1983 Suzuki RGB500 MK8, which also took Mick Grant to victory at the Macau GP in 1983, was first listed on eBay just over a year ago.
First listed in May 2015, the two-smoke Suzuki had an original asking price of £150,000 but obviously didn’t sell and now the same seller has slashed £30k off the asking price so if you've got deep pockets or an understanding bank manager, now is the time to grab a bargain.
The comes with the original 16 inch wheels and two-piston brake calipers, which have been swapped out in favour of some 17 inch wheels and four-pot brakes. Also included is a spare set of Mick Grant bodywork.
It’s in Warrington, Cheshire and a 10% deposit secures it.
