GILERA is rumoured to be planning three new bikes around an all-new, fuel-injected, 130bhp motor.
The project has been widely known about for the past year, but details are leaking from the factory about a new Streetfighter-styled bike to sit alongside the firm's balls-out Supersport machine.
The models will all use the same alloy frame and twin-injection per cylinder motor. Although no official details of the new bikes is yet available (despite an early showing of the supersport project at Milan), the foreign rumour-mill is expecting the first models to be shown publicly in the new year.
