THE BEST of the summer has been and gone folks.

After a glorious mini heatwave, we’re back to the disappointment of British summer.

But fear not! The biking season has well and truly kicked off, and here are some of the best events on this week…

What: Triumph T-fest

All 50 Triumph UK dealerships will be hosting TFEST, the annual celebration of its iconic motorcycle range. Fans will have the opportunity to view the entire Triumph line-up, including the Bonneville Bobber Black, Bonneville Speedmaster, Tiger 800 and Tiger 1200.

Also on display will be the stunning new Speed Triple S & RS, while each local dealer event will include great entertainment such as live music, new season clothing displays, food and much more.

The traditional spring spectacular is once again back at Staffordshire County Showground, showcasing the best that classic British motorcycling has to offer, with hundreds of trade stands and autojumble plots, special guests, classic motorcycle clubs, exciting live action and the Bonhams spring sale.

What: Bike4Life ride out and festival

Each year, the Midlands Air Ambulance Charity’s Bike4Life Ride Out and Festival attracts more than 12,000 bikers, including superbike legend Carl Fogarty MBE. Last year 6,000 riders and pillions took part in the Bike4Life Ride Out, which was led by motorcycle and truck racing legend, Steve Parrish, adventure motorcyclist and author, Nick Sanders, ITV4 Motorbike Show’s Henry Cole and the Emergency Bikers, Mark Hayes (Flymo) and Steve Harris MBE (Forrest).

What: Worlds Largest Unofficial St Georges Day Parade 2018

Where: 1505 Stratford Rd, B90 4EN Solihull

The Worlds Largest Unofficial St Georges Day Parade, hosted by 1066 mcc Birmingham, is now in its 14th Year. All vehicles, including motorcycles, cars and trucks are welcome on the parade, which will travel through Shirely town centre before heading to the Black Swan in Henley-in-Arden. All proceeds from the huge event will go to Midland Freewheelers Blood Bikes.
