Man visits IOMTT much to the disapproval of wife

ONE OF BRITAIN'S favourite Royal bikers is back in the world of two wheels, this time at an official visit to the Isle of Man TT (oh, life is hard for the blue blooded).

But it appears not everyone is happy, with Prince William’s wife Kate reportedly expressing disapproval at his trip. She has previously admitted that William riding motorcycles ‘terrified’ her, and said that she is “going to keep George off of it!”.

And when Laurence Skelly, the Isle of Man government’s minister for enterprise, asked him about her views on this trip, William replied: “When I said I was going to the Isle of Man for an official visit she said, ‘Really?’ ”

While on the island, William caught some race action and even climbed aboard Norton's V4-RR, before meeting staff and volunteers, civic dignitaries and local business representatives at a reception in the Government House Tent. He also visited the Joey Dunlop Foundation charity, which provides specialist accommodation for disabled visitors to the IOM.

Both the future King and his brother, Prince Harry, have an impressive collection of motorbikes, with everything from dirt bikes to Ducatis among their collection
