US bike cop knocks down runner dressed as sausage

AN AMERICAN fund-raiser running in a charity event dressed as a sausage has been knocked down by a Police motorcyclist.
Kevin Carboni, 51, was taking part in the Opening Day Klement’s Racing Sausages relay when he was struck by the officer's motorcycle, after leaving the road to high-five a spectator.
“It looks a lot worse than it is,” Carboni said of the crash footage.
“I’d do it again in a second,” he said of donning the sausage costume. “Without the motorcycle, of course.”
