First Look: Diamante Griso Special

Italian motorcycle builder Filippo Barbacane has taken a bog standard Moto Guzzi Griso and developed this beauty, dubbed the Diamante.

Most noticably, the bike's been fitted with a single-sided front and rear end, as well as an enlarged motor; up from 1100cc to a heady 1420cc.

It's believed some of the bike's suspension components were taken from a Gilera CX 125; a gorgeous, futuristic small-bore machine many of us lusted after 20 years ago (see picture below).
