KTM's 2023 enduro roster features homage to world's oldest off-road race
KTM have launched their 2023 range of enduro bikes, with the usual vast selection of both two- and four-strokes.
EARLIER this week (25 April 2022), KTM launched their 2023 enduro bike range, with the EXCs and EXC-Fs all getting an updated, Chromoly steel frame for their latest iterations.
All of KTM’s 2023 enduro range will also be equipped with WP XPLOR suspension on front and rear (with Progressive Damping System on the rear), and a new colour scheme with some purple thrown in there - perfect if you managed to pick up one of those limited edition purple Renthal bars. KTM says that the new paint was “specifically chosen by the designers to pay homage to the early ‘90s enduro models.”
As with the previous enduro models, KTM’s 2023 two-stroke enduros will make use of its Transfer Port Injection (TPI) technology. This helps to lower emissions and fuel consumption, as well as “smooth and strong power delivery from the bottom right through to the top end of the rev-range,” according to KTM.
In total, KTM will have five new two-stroke enduro bikes for 2023: 150 EXC; 250 EXC; 300 EXC; 250 EXC Six Days; and 300 EXC Six Days.
On the four-stroke side, there will be eight new enduros, with: 250 EXC-F; 350 EXC-F; 450 EXC-F; 500 EXC-F; 250 EXC-F Six Days; 350 EXC-F Six Days; 450 EXC-F Six Days; and 500 EXC-F Six Days.
The “Six Days” models are a nod to the upcoming 2022 International Six Days Enduro. The ISDE is celebrated as the oldest off-road race on the FIM calendar, and this year will host its 96th edition between 29 August and 3 September.
The new KTM enduro range is scheduled to hit dealers in May, and you can check out the whole range in full detail now on KTM’s website.
