LiveWire One now open for European reservations, deliveries to begin in April
LiveWire has announced its European arrival, with deliveries of the LiveWire One expected to begin in April in the UK, Netherlands, Germany, and France.
LiveWire has announced its arrival in European markets, as part of its expansion to territories outside of its native US.
LiveWire, the American electric motorcycle manufacturer off-shot from Harley-Davidson, has arrived in Europe with its LiveWire One motorcycle.
As part of its first expansion into Europe, LiveWire has made its bikes available in the UK, Germany, the Netherlands, and France. In those markets, reservations of the LiveWire One (costing €100) will “secure priority delivery beginning later in April,” LiveWire says in a press release. The LiveWire One will launch in three colours: “Nimbus Grey”, “Nightfall Blue”, and “Liquid Black”.
LiveWire One MSRP including VAT:
- Germany €24,990
- France €25,290
- Netherlands €25,390
- U.K. £22,990
LiveWire says that reservations in European markets will be handled by LiveWire Europe, which will offer “a digital-first model where consumers can interact directly with the brand, choosing colour, accessories, delivery timing and their preferred retailer.”
LiveWire’s physical presence in Europe is confirmed by a network of 30 dealers - “each equipped with specialist EV capabilities to support the LiveWire customer,” LiveWire says - which will also play a part in a number of demo events LiveWire will put on throughout the course of this year.
Jochen Zeitz, Chairman and CEO of LiveWire, said: “We’re excited to bring the LiveWire One to Europe as part of our global expansion strategy.
“Following our successful launch in the United States, our four European launch markets have the mix of EV infrastructure and consumer EV adoption to drive the next stage of LiveWire’s development.”
