Triumph announces Bobber Black pricing
Full review coming soon
TRIUMPH has revealed that the Bobber Black will cost from £11,650 – £1,050 more than the standard Bobber.
The aggressive motorcycle is being launched in Malaga this week, and Visordown’s Steve Farrell is riding it today.
In a press conference last night, Triumph announced that Bobber Black will cost from £11,650 in jet black or £11,775 in matt black.
While this £1,050 price hike on the £10,600 Bonneville Bobber may sound like a lot, it is entirely justified by the Bobber Black’s host of additional equipment.
The Bobber’s single front disc and Nissin caliper have been uprated to a twin disc set-up with Brembo calipers, while a single button cruise control function and a full LED headlight with daytime running lights has also been added.
There’s blacked out detailing across the model and to provide that aggressive and muscular stance, the new model features a smaller ‘fat’ front wheel (16-inch vs 19-inch on Bobber). Triumph has also fitted higher-spec, chunky 47mm Showa cartridge forks (vs 41mm on standard bike).
