POLICE in Oxford are appealing for help in locating a man who touched himself “inappropriately” infront of two women in Headington, Oxfordshire.

The incident happened at 2.30pm on Sunday, June 24 where the motorcyclist confronted the women. He started walking towards them before they pushed him away. He then ran back to where his motorcycle was parked and fled the scene.

The man is said to be white, in his early 20s, of slim to average build and with short shaved hair. He was wearing motorcycle clothing consisting of a blue and white top and black bottoms but he did not have a crash helmet or gloves. His motorcycle had blue and white detailing.
