Fashion conscious Kevlar jeans.....and a NAKED LADY
Check out the latest offerings from Sartso
Far too often when I think of Kevlar jeans I think of that Poundland or Tesco value look. I’ve also accepted the fact that they are hotter to wear in the summer over normal ‘unsafe’ jeans and with some brands, they actually aren’t that comfortable.
Kevlar lined jeans for bikers are ever growing in popularity and fortunately there are some distributers out there importing brands that we would want to been seen in all day, on or off the bike.
Ian, Jake and the guys down at Wild and Wicked are responsible for Sartso hitting the shops and they have sent in a few pairs for us to check out.
The Sartso ethos is to produce jeans that not only look good but fit good. I’m wearing the Blue Wave versions as I write this and to be honest they fit comfortably with a loose cut. The denim lighter than previous pairs I’ve worn so they feel like normal jeans but on paper they are still as abrasion resistant as the rest of them.
If you follow the UK stunt scene then you will recognize the name Chesca Miles. The model come stunt rider can be found wearing Sartso jeans ripping up the streets on the back wheel.
You can pick up a pair for around £125 and can see the whole range here
