THIS FOOTAGE released by London police shows one moped gang in action. Reckless in their behaviour, when you see a moped with a rider and pillion acting suspicious (which includes riding like a complete lunatic over pavements), it's probably best to just put your valuables away - Better to be safe than sorry.
