Moto Guzzi launches awesome new Bobber
The Italian manufacturer pulled the covers from the model at its annual 'Open House' event
MOTO GUZZI has launched its new V9 Bobber Sport at its Moto Guzzi Open House event, which is taking place at the Mandello del Lario plant over this weekend.
The latest addition to the Italian manufacturer's V9 family is inspired by the original Bobbers which frequented flat tracks in post-WWII America. It features blacked out details, fat tyres, wide bars and a low seat/tail unit, with a distinct flat tracker silhouette. A unique burnt orange colour scheme features, while a short front mudguard, nose faring and classic fork dust boots complete the look.
It’s powered by Moto Guzzi’s 853cc V-twin engine, which makes 54hp and 62Nm at 3,000rpm. Additional equipment includes matt black and aluminium slip on pipes and preload, compression and rebound-adjustable Ohlins shock absorbers.
Moto Guzzi hasn’t announced pricing yet, but it is likely to cost slightly more than the V9 Roamer, which costs £8,699.
