Triumph tease all-new Scrambler
We're seriously excited for this!
TRIUMPH loves a good teaser - or two, in the case of its upcoming Scrambler 1200.
We brought you the first edition last month and today the British brand has given us a second peek at the new model, which will be released on October 24 - bang inbetween the Intermot and EICMA shows.
Sticking longer travel suspension, spoked wheels, pseudo-offroad rubber, a bash plate and the Scrambler moniker on retro roadsters is all the rage right now, and following the success of its 865cc model, it's hardly surprising that Triumph has given its bigger Bonneville the same treatment.
Not much was visible in the first teaser, but this second video has treated us to some select details, including a single headlight with a centralised Triumph logo, a side-mounted twin exhaust, a pair of upside down golden fork legs and a decently sized bash plate.
In the 25-second clip, Triumph claim it's 'The Real Deal', but whether that refers to it's scrambling capabilities is yet to be seen...
