James “Bubba” Stewart arrested
Supercross star charged with impersonating a police officer

25-year-old supercross prodigy James Stewart was arrested last night when he pretended to be a cop – and tried to pull over a couple of real off-duty policemen.
It's alleged that Stewart, along with his friend 44-year-old Thomas Quinault, stuck some blue-and-red flashing lights on the dashboard of a Toyota truck and tried to pull over another car on State Road 417 in Florida. Unfortunately for them, that car contained not one but two off-duty cops. Real ones.
They were swift to get their colleagues on the case and Stewart was later arrested at Orlando International Airport. He was charged with impersonating a police officer before being released from custody in the early hours of Tuesday morning.
