Triumph Motorcycles has expanded its US racing facility in Atlanta with the addition of a new EnduroCross track, developed in collaboration with British racer Jonny Walker. The circuit is in its final stages of preparation this week, just in time for the start of the new season.

The Atlanta site already houses motocross and supercross tracks, as well as workshops for testing and development. The EnduroCross addition is a four-lane layout, complete with obstacles similar to those found in the AMA EnduroCross Championship and the FIM SuperEnduro World Championship. The new course will allow Triumph riders to test and train on conditions that closely replicate the series in which they compete.

For Walker, the facility comes at an important point in the calendar. The AMA EnduroCross Championship begins in a month, giving him several weeks to prepare on the new track and continue developing his TF 250-E and TF 450-E machines. Walker made Triumph’s debut in the series last year, contesting a handful of rounds, and will now compete across the full 2025 season before returning to Europe for the FIM SuperEnduro Championship in December.

The expansion is part of Triumph’s wider racing programme, launched in 2024, which has already seen the brand enter MXGP and AMA SuperMotocross, scoring podiums in its first year. Triumph has also committed to FIM SuperEnduro and EnduroGP, while rolling out its production motocross and enduro models, including the TF 250-X, TF 450-RC, TF 250-E, and TF 450-E.

Speaking about the facility, Triumph factory racer Jonny Walker said:

“I’ve been here for the last week helping finalise the build,” Walker explained. “Having the track ready now means I’ve got four weeks of practice, which is something I’ve not had before going into an EnduroCross season. It gives me the chance to prepare properly, and I’m looking forward to getting started.”

Ian Kimber, Head of Global Racing Programmes, Triumph Motorcycles said:

“The US facility has already been important for motocross and supercross development, and the EnduroCross track completes the picture,” Kimber said. “Working with Jonny meant we could shape the track to meet the demands of the series, while also providing a base for testing the TF 250-E and TF 450-E. It’s another step in our off-road programme and helps give the riders the tools they need ahead of competition.”
