Ducati to take DesertX to 2022 Adventure Bike Rider Festival
Ducati has announced it will be attending the 2022 Adventure Bike Rider Festival in Warwickshire later this month, with many of its bikes on-site for tests.
Ducati will be attending the 2022 Adventure Bike Rider (ABR) Festival with its DesertX, it has been announced.
The 2022 ABR Festival will take place later this month on 24-26 June 2022 at the Ragley Hall Estate in Warwickshire.
Recently, Ducati presented the DesertX to the UK public in the DesertX tour, which took place back in May. Having also sent their new adventurer to Sardegna for a spin round the Italian island’s sandy dirt tracks with Danilo Petrucci and Audi’s Dakar stage-winning RS Q e-tron, the DesertX will now take the trip to Warwickshire for the 2022 ABR, where it will meet the UK public en masse for the first time.
The 2022 Adventure Biker Festival will “mark the first event in the UK that a fleet of DesertX models will be available to test ride,” according to Ducati.
There will also be a selection of guests at the event with Ducati, including four-times WorldSBK Champion Carl Fogarty, motorcycle YouTuber Ryan Kluftinger (otherwise known as Ryan F9), and Anthoine Meo: a five-times World Enduro Champion, and two-time ISDE Six-Day enduro winner with Team France. Meo has also been involved in promotional videos with Ducati for the DesertX.
Additionally present at the ABR Festival will be a selection of V2 and V4 Multistradas for the more smooth-surface-inclined, as well as Ducati’s e-bike range, for those who fancy a pedal through the dirt trails of Warwickshire. Finally, Ducati’s Monster and Scrambler bikes will also have bikes on display throughout the event, and will be there to be checked out by visitors.
